Pye Parr

Pye Parr (Simon 'Pye' Parr) is a British illustrator, comic artist and graphic designer who began his career as a designer for the UK sci-fi weekly 2000 AD before moving into art, developing a distinctive style built on bold, kinetic linework and vibrant colour. His first professional comics work was the ongoing series Intestinauts for 2000 AD, followed by Realm of the Damned, a black-metal-inspired horror graphic-novel trilogy; his first creator-owned book, Petrol Head, launched in 2023. Beyond comics, his work spans gig posters, book-jacket design, concept art and large-scale oil painting, with clients including Games Workshop, Image Comics, Titan Books, Rebellion, Hasbro, HarperCollins and Penguin. In this catalogue he appears as one of the illustration team, alongside P. J. Holden, Matt Soffe and Rob Jones, credited on Derek Landy's Bad Magic (2023), the Skulduggery Pleasant series' first graphic novel.
