Marissa Meyer is an American young adult author best known for The Lunar Chronicles, a science fiction series that reimagines classic fairy tales, Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel, and Snow White, as a futuristic saga featuring a cyborg mechanic, a fugitive Lunar princess, and a plague threatening Earth.
