L. T. Ryan has written 37 books across 3 series. Start with Jack Noble.
L.T. Ryan is an American thriller novelist and independent-publishing pen name based in central Virginia, who has sold more than eight million books since launching his career as a self-published author in 2012. He debuted with Noble Beginnings, the first book in his flagship Jack Noble series -- a former Army Ranger turned off-book government operative -- and has since built one of independent thriller fiction's most prolific catalogues, running well past a dozen parallel series and spin-offs set within an interconnected fictional world.
Ryan's books have repeatedly hit the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and Amazon bestseller lists, with both the Jack Noble series and the co-authored Rachel Hatch series reaching Wall Street Journal bestseller status. Much of his output is written in collaboration: the Rachel Hatch series is co-written primarily with police-detective-turned-novelist Brian Shea (with one entry co-written instead with Fiona Ryan), and other series in his catalogue pair him with additional co-authors, reflecting a production model common among high-output independent thriller writers. His character Riley "Bear" Logan, introduced within the Jack Noble universe, went on to headline his own spin-off series before being relaunched in a further co-authored continuation.
Ryan lives in central Virginia with his wife, daughter, and four dogs.
